Does anybody have animating tool ideas for me?

I know how to make [kinds] good art but don't know what to use...

The site I use to make art Finn uses it too is sketchpad

But unfortunately it doesn't have an animation tool. It would make it easier to make stuff.

I don't seem to know what to do.

The Library is a slideshow detailing all the characters and their stories! the slideshow will be updated from time to time!
